Note : I've sat at the stall seats in Victoria Concert Hall. It's not that the sound isn't good, but sound from the band heads straight upwards towards the circle seats before echoing throughout the hall. [or so it sounds like to me] So I really recommend circle seats!~. Moreover, you can see the whole band. That's a plus.
